Tyler Phelps, AIF®

Tyler's focus is working hand-in-hand with business owners and executives who would want to recruit and retain employees that drive the business forward. He has a passion for teaching and loves the 'light-bulb' moment, when someone says, "ahh, I didn't know you could do that!"

Tyler is active in the community and with the Rotary Club of Greater Des Moines. He also helps host the 'Rock, Paper, Scissors Showdown' - the world's largest {presumably} annual rock, paper scissors tournament. This event raises money for the Justice League of Food, a local non-profit that provides culinary skills, business education, and job placement programs for young adults who are at risk or in need.
